Built for bulk hardware. Instead of counting, this machine uses a Reinforced Multihead Weigher to pack nails, screws, and bolts by weight (1kg or 500g bags). Designed with Heavy-Duty Impact Resistance to withstand the drop of heavy metal parts.
Counting huge quantities of nails is too slow. For construction markets, fasteners are sold by weight, not count. However, dropping heavy bolts into a standard weigher can damage the sensors. The LTC Heavy Hardware Machine uses a specialized Impact-Resistant Weigher. The buckets are made of thicker steel and lined with noise-dampening PU to absorb the shock.
Impact Resistant: Thicker steel buckets withstand the heavy impact of falling bolts and nails.
Low Noise: PU lining inside the hopper significantly reduces the loud clanging noise of metal on metal.
Strong Sealing: Uses heavy-duty PE or Laminated film to prevent sharp nails from puncturing the bag.
High Capacity: Can fill boxes (cartons) or large bags up to 5kg efficiently.
