The efficient solution for Mask Manufacturing. This Servo Flow Wrapper handles Surgical Masks (Flat) and N95/KN95 Respirators. It supports both Single-Piece Hygiene Packs and Bulk Stacks (10pcs/pack) with automatic air squeezing.
Packing light, airy masks can be tricky. Masks are lightweight and unstable on the conveyor. Stacking 10 masks manually slows down production. The LTC Mask Machine features a specialized Extended Infeed Conveyor and Top-Pressing Belts to hold the mask stack firmly in place during sealing, ensuring a neat, compact package every time.
Multipack Mode: Adjustable forming box allows quick switching between single packs and stacks of 5, 10, or 20 masks.
Air Expeller: Sponge rollers squeeze excess air out of the pack, making it flat for efficient boxing.
Hygienic Construction: Contact surfaces are made of SUS304 stainless steel, easy to sanitize with alcohol.
Date Printing: Integrated ink-roll printer marks the expiry date and batch number on every pack.

Q: Can this machine pack 50 masks in one bag?
A: Yes, for large stacks (50pcs), we use a "Reciprocating Head" (Box Motion) model to accommodate the height of the stack.
Q: Does it have a sterilization function?
A: The machine itself does not sterilize, but it can pack into Medical Paper/Film pouches suitable for ETO sterilization chambers.
