Ice pops require massive volume. To be profitable, freezer bars must be produced in millions. The LTC Multi-Lane Liquid Machine runs 4 to 12 lanes simultaneously. It fills flavored water or juice into long tubes, seals them tightly, and cuts them with precision, delivering the output of 10 standard machines in one compact unit.

Q: Can I pack carbonated drinks?
A: No, VFFS machines are not suitable for carbonated liquids as the gas foam interferes with sealing. It is for still liquids only.
Q: What film is best for ice pops?
A: A strong PET/PE laminate is recommended to withstand the expansion of liquid when it freezes.
