Shrink wrapping is slow and expensive. Many tape and sticky note manufacturers use heat shrink tunnels, which consume high energy. The LTC Flow Wrapper offers a faster, cheaper solution. By using a Gusseting Device (tucking the film at the sides), we create a package that fits the square edges of sticky notes or the round shape of tape rolls tightly, looking just as good as shrink wrap but costing 30% less.

A: Yes, we use a longer sealing jaw (Box Motion) to seal tall towers of tape rolls securely.
Q: Does it damage the sticky edge of notes?
A: No, the machine uses a gentle belt drive. The sticky side of the notes is protected and never rubs against machine parts.
