A missing brick ruins the whole toy. Packing hundreds of small, varied plastic bricks into a kit requires extreme precision. Manual counting is slow and inaccurate. The LTC Toy Packing Machine integrates Optical Counters and High-Sensitivity Weighers to verify the count of every bag. If a bag is off by even 0.1g (one small brick), the machine automatically rejects it.
Dual Verification: Combines counting sensors with a final check-weigher to guarantee no missing parts.
Low-Noise Hoppers: PU-lined vibratory feeders reduce the loud noise of plastic bricks hitting metal.

Q: Can it mix different colors?
A: Yes, by using a Multi-Bowl Feeder system, we can drop specific counts of Red, Blue, and Yellow bricks into the same bag.
Q: Will sharp bricks puncture the film?
A: We recommend using a thicker Laminated Film (40-60 microns). Our machine handles thick films easily to prevent punctures.
