The perfect solution for soft, sticky, or irregular bakery products that are difficult to push. On this Inverted (Bottom Feed) machine, the film enters from below and carries the product like a conveyor belt, ensuring smooth transport for Tortillas, Flatbreads, and Sticky Buns.
Standard flow wrappers push the product across a metal plate, causing friction and jams for items like tortillas or glazed buns. The LTC Inverted Wrapper changes the game. By feeding the film from the bottom, the product sits directly on the film. The film acts as a transport belt, carrying the product gently into the seal without friction or distortion.
Bottom Film Feed: Film reel is mounted below, allowing products to be placed directly onto the film surface.
Handle Sticky Products: Ideal for glazed donuts or sticky buns, as they don't drag across machine plates.
Multipack Friendly: Great for loose items (like a stack of 10 tortillas) as the film supports the stack from underneath.
Gusset Device: Can create box-motion style bags for stacks of flatbreads.
Designed for products that are hard to handle on standard machines:
Tortillas / Flatbreads / Naan / Pita
Sticky Buns / Glazed Donuts
Soft Cakes / Swiss Rolls
Multipacks (e.g., 5 croissants in one bag)
Disposable Cutlery Kits (also suitable)

Q: Why choose Inverted over Standard flow wrapper?
A: Choose Inverted if your product is sticky, soft, or loose (multipack). Choose Standard if your product is solid and easy to push (like a chocolate bar).
