Freshly roasted coffee needs to breathe. After roasting, coffee beans release CO2. If packed immediately in a sealed bag, the bag will burst. If left exposed to air, the coffee goes stale. The LTC Coffee Machine solves this dilemma. It applies a One-Way Degassing Valve to the bag, allowing CO2 to escape while preventing oxygen from entering. Combined with Nitrogen Flushing, your coffee stays fresh for months.

Q: Can one machine pack both Beans and Powder?

A: The VFFS machine body is the same, but the filling system differs. We recommend an Auger Filler for powder and a Linear Weigher for beans. You can purchase both fillers and swap them.

Q: What types of valves are compatible?

A: Our applicator is compatible with standard PE/PP valves (e.g., Wico, Goglio) available globally.
